Technical Support Executive
Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices and troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers in India .

Job Experience : 0 to 2 years
Education Criteria : (Any UG / Any Specialization) AND (Any PG Course – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
Desired Candidate Profile :
Should be ready to work in rotational shifts in a 24*7 environment.
Should have an excellent soft skills in English.
Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.( relocation assistance provided )
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Graduates in any stream. i.e. (10th +12th +Any 3 years Graduation)
- Undergraduates with a least 24 months of any other work experience / 18 months of domestic call center experience / 12 months of international call center experience .
- Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Technical support can also apply .
